The Merchant of Venice
King Lear is a story about the king who decides to divide his kingdom and wealth between his three daughters and leave it for them. Due to his youngest daughters declaration, he banishes her from his kingdom and divides it between the other two. This Shakespearean classic tells us the story of greed, pride, revenge, shame, humility and bravery. The story has been retold in an easy language completed with coloured illustrations for our young readers.
