Reassure them: Reassurance is something that we all need and for your little one it is quite necessary. You may hug them or spend some quality time with them. This will comfort them. they will feel secure and they will feel that you are with them no matter what. 

Be a good role model: It is really important how you deal with your own worries, how you overcome your own fears. Because your child looks up to you and they observe you. The way you react and deal, your kids will learn that as the appropriate response to stress.
